Christmas week 2009

On the Tuesday before Christmas day some of the Thursday group met at Edward Eager Lodge on Tuesday evening for a Christmas party. Everyone had a good meal and received a present as well.
The Thursday Bible study group met as usual the day before Christmas with attendance a little down. Six people attended with 2 new people attending who had not been before. It’s always amazing how God works. We had lunch, prayer and Bible discussion.
I am feeling tired from being there each Thursday preparing lunch and Bible study. Please pray that God will renew my strength physically and spiritually. I intend to shut the thursday group down for a couple of weeks in January.
